Giant, Massive Faith.
I’ve taken a lot of risks in my life. Scary, anxious filled risks. But I took them anyway, because my intuition guided me to arrive at a brave, courageous “YES” despite the odds. But the source of courage didn’t solely come from me. Not my physical, earth-bound self, anyway. When I read The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho, he wrote that intuition is a voice that comes from the spirit, a portal to hear God’s message through.
What I’ve learned in my lifetime is this: behind every big accomplishment, is giant, massive faith.
The further I get into my journey, I recognize how important and how pivotal my spiritual health is. To me, spirituality is the way towards inspired living, towards a holistic, healthy, lifestyle that pushes us to become the positive agent of purpose we are all meant to be.
Though I grew up Catholic, it wasn’t until I got older and developed a personal relationship with God that I truly understood what spirituality meant. I’ve created my own prayers, made time for my own meditations, and invested time in finding the best way I am able to communicate with God in my own unique way. My search for my own divinity and my own personal relationship with a higher being, is what gave me the vision for my life, and the courage and faith to pursue it. Because when you are attempting extraordinary feats, it is faith that gives you the comfort in knowing you are on the right path.
Throughout my life, I’ve experienced devastating disappointments and almost unbearable heartbreaks, and I recognize that all of it was only so God could perfect me, to grow me into the woman the world needs me to become. Searching for my spirituality has been my anchor, my strength, and my source of infinite courage when I decide to rise up to seemingly impossible challenges.
Faith and a strong spiritual connection allows us to channel a brighter force of energy that allows us to be a beacon of hope to others. Investing in spiritual health takes us outside of ourselves and makes us more compassionate, more giving, more hopeful.
No matter what your faith is, I respect and honor it deeply. We all share the Universal truth that this life is so much bigger than us, and that our purpose is meant to touch and impact the world in much greater ways than we can ever imagine. There is a greater, higher force out there that is working miracles in our lives. Today I encourage you to close your eyes, listen in, and radiate out.
With Love and Light,
Ruby
